A failed request returns a non-2xx status and a JSON body that says what went wrong.

• 400Bad requestA field is missing or invalid. The message names it.
• 401UnauthorizedThe token is missing or expired. Refresh it or sign in again.
• 403ForbiddenThe user's role doesn't allow this.
• 404Not foundIt doesn't exist in your workspace.
• 409ConflictIt clashes with something that already exists.
• 429Too many requestsWait a moment, then retry.
• 5xxServer errorSomething went wrong on our side. Retry shortly.
